21 week ultrasound

On January 23rd we had our ultrasound.. and little baby did not want mommy and daddy to find out who he or she was....so I guess we are having a surprise! the midwife did say that if they had time in the office that they would give a ultrasound to see if they could see.

We are happy that our little one is happy and healthy and very active.

We have names: Delilah Winter (girl) Tristan Arthur or Daniel Mitchell (boy)

Kids are super excited and love kissing my belly and this morning we put a flashlight to my belly and baby was kicking the light. It was fun and the kids thought it was awesome :)

Peter and Elisabeth have been great we just got over having horrible colds so they are getting back to being normal self.

19 weeks!

Yes we are almost half way through our 3rd pregnancy totally crazy. I need to take a picture because I'm finally starting to look pregnant. I still am getting use to it. I'm getting more excited Weds the 18th we will find out what we are having. I think we have finally decided on Delilah Winter for a girl and Tristan Percival for a boy. I'm excited to put a name to this little active kid.

Kids... are doing great. We are in the midst of potty training Elisabeth. She is so excited and ready to potty train. Peter is doing so well in his second year of preschool.

Oh and New Years. We are having a great start to 2012! We have a lot of milestones this year to name a few:

- May 8 is Preston's birthday (26)

-May 20th our 6 year anniversary

- Baby is due either end of May or beginning of June (EDD is June 3)

-June 27th Elisabeth turns 3!

-September 6th Peter is 5!

-November 15th Rebecca birthday (29)

- Peter will start his 3rd year of preschool

-Elisabeth will start her first

so just some highlights of our exiting year.

Doctor App

Had a doctors appt. today and everything is good and baby is healthy and mom is healthy. I even got a ultrasound and the baby is measuring right on target 11 weeks and 1 day. I will have to post the picture :) I saw baby's face and little legs and arms. So amazing makes it feel real now :) Our due date stayed at June 3, 2012.

Peter, is doing great growing! And such a wonderful imagination. School is going great this year. His coloring has improved so much and he loves it!

Elisabeth is growing, talking sentences and picking up anything BIG brother does. She is so pretty and she knows it. Yes even at two!

That is all for tonight.. off to bed since Kids are at grandmas for the night. Oh my goodness I'm going to be 28 tomorrow! Where has the time gone?

Lots of things going on

Peter has started his second year of preschool and really enjoys it :) He is a smart little boy.
Elisabeth wish she could go with him. She is very funny little girl and funny. They both are funny. There are days were they get along and when they don't get along.

On August 22 we found out that we are adding another beautiful child to our little family. We are about 4 weeks and are very excited. We were going to wait and announce it later but its exciting news and reason to celebrate :) I figured if anything is going to happen its in Gods hands and I would rather have my family and friends support and love than be all by ourselves. I have also had two healthy pregnancies and I have gotten myself in the best health I have been in for a while. So our due date by my calculations is end of May to the beginning of June. My first doctor appt is Oct 12th.

We told the kids today and Peter started jumping up and down saying yes yes yes... Elisabeth looked at me dazed and confused. She'll get pretty soon :)

Pool!

This was our time at "Grandpa Randy's" We went to church this morning and said goodbye to two very good people. Than come home and took naps. Then played! This was filled with a lot of first. First time kids enjoyed the pool, first time Elisabeth has gotten to play in the pool, first time mommy has worn a swimsuit since being married (5 years) being with Preston (6 years). The kids and parents had fun. Took some fun pictures! Enjoy

The weather has been so beautiful and my kids could live outside. We got a slip and slide they don't slide they just walk on it and get wet. We have been loving it.

Oh my I'm behind! Its almost Elisabeth 2nd birthday :) A lot has been going on and it seems like I forget to write on this blog, I should its a journal right? Kids are growing, Peter finished his first year of preschool today....

I can't even begin to explain how much has changed, but I can say I will be better about keeping this thing up.

Elisabeth is talking and acting has big has her brother. She can count to 6 and is so funny when we start counting when she is in trouble I say 1 and she goes 2...

Other than growing and learning something new everyday, Peter saying things that we have no clue where he picks it up. Elisabeth being bigger than big. This life is amazing...

Been a while... busy busy busy

Its been a while, Peter is now 2 and half years old and Elisabeth is 8 months old. Truly amazing all the new and interesting things Peter is picking up. His words are developing well "no" "please" "thank you" "grandmas car" "moms car" "dads car" "up" "help".. is just a few that he says often. Oh and driving, he loves playing in the car and outside.
Elisabeth is sitting and doing the army crawl. She talks a lot and has quit a amazing smile, her personality is shining through already. Only 3 months and she'll be 1!!!! where in the heavens has the time gone.

She is here!

On June 27, 2009 our little girl came. She was 6 pounds 4 oz and 17 3/4 in long. She came out with a full set of brown hair and blue eyes. Oh my she is beautiful! She was 2 weeks early, she had some liquid on her lungs so she had to stay in the nursery for 4 days :(

But, she is happy and healthy now. Peter is such a wonderful big brother. He loves her so much! I couldn't ask for a better little boy.

We are all adjusting very well and Preston was off for a couple of weeks which was wonderful. He went back to work on Monday. Grandma has been a big help :) I love her so much

i can't believe we are down to the last few weeks till Elisabeth is here. It is truly amazing how fast this pregnancy has gone by. I'm looking forward in see what she looks like, and to seeing how Peter interacts with her. He is already good to her! He gives her kisses and hugs and he try's to share everything. I can't believe that Peter will soon be 22 months, ALMOST 2 WOW!
I went the doctors Friday the 19th and I was already 1 cm dilated I was excited it is progress right? So we'll see when she wants to come out. I think she gets mad because she is out of room. I told her in the beginning that by the end she would not have any room.
I think I've been nesting, I've been cleaning and washing cloths. We got her dresser and I put all her cloths in there. I will have some more though, we are having a work shower on Thursday. Preston's work is throwing us one. Should be a lot of fun!
All for now, today is Fathers Day so we are going to church than down to grandmas for some yummy food. Pork ribs, mac. salad, corn on the cob and brownies. Making me hungry just thinking about it.

29 weeks! I can't believe it is down to 11 weeks or so. Things are going well Peter is growing everyday. I love watching him grow.

I wish the sun would decide to either stay or go and stop teasing us. Peter loves to be outside, though I wait for Preston to come home for him to take him out I can't keep up with him. When he is outside he loves to run. And with my tummy out in front of me I don't have the balance to run.

Elisabeth is good, she is getting bigger so she can't move as much. She is really going to hate when 9 months roll around she'll want out!

GIRL!

Yesterday we went and had a ultrasound done. She was a very active little girl. It was amazing and made it feel totally real.

We are very excited and can't wait to meet her.

They changed our due date from the 14th to the 8th. So we are about a week ahead of sch. they said the doctor would have to decide to change the due date.

Peter has teeth and is getting over a cold he is totally adorable and shaking his head no has not gotten the yes thing down yet.

Time is going by so fast!

Everything is good and healthy with Peter, he got his first tooth on the 20th of Jan. very exciting times.

Baby is good too our due date changed to July 14th. We are already in our 4th month!!!! My goodness time is going by so fast. I still have horrible morning sickness which is going away slowly but surly.

We got a new TV totally awesome! Now, we are looking into a new kitchen.

Exciting Times!

We found that we are expecting! We are due the first part of July, so Peter and baby will be about 22 months apart. Good age difference.

Peter is going to be the most wonderful big brother, we are really happy and looking forward in starting this adventure.

Thanksgiving went well this year, we spent the day just the 3 of us and had a couple of friends over for dinner and played Wii games. Wonderful night :)

Than Friday we went to Preston's mom's house.

I went and saw Twilight with my cousin Sam and it was even better than I imagined it would be.

Nothing much is new... Peter is growing seems like everyday and running now instead of walking. It is truly amazing to watch him grow, feels like yesterday he was born.

Its been a while since I've updated this blog. Peter is almost 8 months old! WOW! how time goes by. He is rolling and crawling and now he can stand up by himself with help from his toy. Enjoy the pictures. He is sure cute. And on another note: we bought a new car :) We are enjoying it very much

I can't believe Peter is already 6 months old. How time goes by, he is doing so many things now. He can sit on his own and he enjoys pulling himself to a sat with help of course. He loves to talk and if you talk to him he responses very nicely.

Daddy and I have glasses and they seem to be quite an enjoyment for him to get a hold of. He loves all his toys. My computer isn't working at the moment so I'm using Preston's laptop and I have no pictures. So once I get my computer going I'll post some.

It is truly amazing how fast they grow. Peter is doing so much now and he so cute. He is starting to respond when you talk to him and he makes these cute little noises. He smiles so easy. I can't believe he is already 2 months old. I don't know where the time as gone it feels like he just born. I have some new pictures on the camera but haven't got them on the computer yet. So, when I do I'll post those :)

Welcome Peter! Birth Story

Peter Alexander arrived on 9-6-07 at 12:47AM. He is the most prefect baby :) My contractions started on Tuesday in the morning but they weren't that strong but as the day went by they got stronger. I got one hour of sleep on Tues and called the hospital at 1:30 in the morning they told me to wait till I was contracting every 2-3 min. Mine every 5-7 min :(.... so we stayed home and I rested and the contractions seemed to space out and I thought oh we have till Saturday. Lucky I had a doctors appt Weds morning and I was 4cm and completely effaced. The contractions started to come a little bit closer went from 6 min apart than 5min. By the time Preston got home they were 3-4 min apart. About 10:00 we decided to go the hospital we got there about 10:15 checked in and got in our room about 10:30. The midwife checked me and got this really surprise look on her face... I thought something was wrong and she told me that I was 9 cm. WHAT! We wanted a water birth but after being in the the water for a while his heart rate was jumping up and down so I got out. We decided it would be best if we didn't do the water birth. The midwife thought maybe the cord was around his neck. After 17 min of pushing little Peter came out, with the cord around his month after a few min and some some oxygen I heard him cry. It was the best feeling :)

Getting Closer

It feels like we just found out that we were having a baby. Now the time is getting closer for Peter to be here :) I'm getting very excited and yet a little nervous, more excited than nervous. I think I'm nervous because it's all new to me. I don't know what is to come.

I've notice that he as dropped a little, the doctor said I wouldn't be able to notice but you can tell :) I guess it's a good sign... he knows which way to go. LOL. And the doctor said he should drop by 37 weeks.

All is well with Peter he is healthy, just a little under 5 weeks to go and he'll be here its so amazing. I get to thinking sometimes about what he is going to look like. I can't wait to hold him and take care of him.

On another note.. I'm not working anymore as of Tuesday July 31st! YAY! They were so sweet at work they got me flowers and a gift card to baby r us. It was a very relaxing day. And than after work my loving hubby took me to dinner to Red Robin. I had a yummy cheeseburger and fries (seems to be my two favorite things lately).

I'm 32 weeks already...feels like time is going by so fast. Only 9 weeks and little Peter will be here! I can't wait to see what he looks like and to hold him. He kicks a lot now and he as found my rib cage very uncomfortable! LOL Oh well just means he is healthy with all his movement. He even wakes me up at 3am practice makes perfect I guess.

Went to the doctors on Monday.. Peter is healthy and his little heart was beating fast (normal fast) but I think he enjoyed the hot ham sandwich I had for lunch :)

My hubby :)I know this blog is about baby.. but I wanted to take a moment to gush about my husband. He is most loving and the most caring person I've ever met and I feel very blessed that God lead me to him. I am very blessed that God as granted Peter with such an amazing man to be his father. I'm looking forward in seeing how Preston and Peter get a long :) I'm a very lucky women to have such a beautiful life. And I'm very proud to be called Preston's wife

Beginnings of a Nursery

Last Friday, in the slow times before the actual moving of our furniture at work, I decided to take a half day off to go pick up and put together our crib. With the help of my step father Randy, we successfully picked up the crib and changing table from Babies R' Us.

I got it home, opened the monstrous box, and got to work. After some minor verbal slips due to the difficulty of assembly for the changing table, they were complete.

Went to the doctors yesterday and everything is good and healthy. Peter is healthy, his heart beat was 150 it was so fast :)

I'm finally showing seems like everyone keeps commenting on how much I've changed over the past week :) Umm....

So.. just a little update

1st Anniversary

Today is our 1st Anniversary... Its been an amazing year I feel so blessed with our life together. We've had a great day and Preston is so sweet, we went to Stanley and Seafort's for dinner and we got all dressed up it was a lot of fun and romantic. (pictures to come) We got a nice quite corner table.

We have 3 1/2 months till Peter is here its amazing how fast the time goes.

Peter moves a lot

Its so fun watching him and feeling him. I'm surprised on how much he moves. Seems though that time is going by so fast. He'll be here before we know it. Been having a great week Preston turned 21! and we just stayed home and I fixed mashed potatoes and steak. Of course steak isn't agreeing with me so I fixed a hamburger. We just had a nice relaxing night.

I have Monday's off now, and it feels so good because I can actually get caught up on house work YAY :) Why I am so excited about house work don't ask LOL

I feel much better and have been cooking a lot more, I love to cook and its so much fun.

Monday I went to lunch with my Grandma Jan, we went to the Olive Garden. Had a great time with her.

I told my work that my plans are to be a stay home mom :) It went very well, I work with a great group and my bosses are wonderful. I'm sad to go but at the same time I'm excited to stay home and take care of Peter.

We were going to wait and have our little one be a surprise, but, I think going baby shopping put my hubby over the edge and he was so cute asking if we could find out :) So we had our ultra sound and decided to find out.
And we have a boy! We are way excited :) His name is Peter Alexander. We got a ultra sound picture and its a great picture you can see his face so clear.
I can't wait to meet our little guy, not that much longer

Daddy felt the BABY!

April 16th was our 2 year anniversary of dating, we were laying in bed talking and the baby had been kicking for a while but Preston hasn't been able to feel it. I told him to put his hand on my tummy and be still. And pretty soon little Baby Gallwas kicked and Preston's eyes got really big he felt the baby. It was amazing :)

Just 4 months and we'll see little Elisabeth or Peter we are really excited

I finally got another picture :) Hubby fixed the camera.. I'm starting my 16th week and I am starting a little bump. We go to the doctors on Weds YAY :) The morning sickness as finally made its exit and I'm so glad it as. Now, all I want to do is eat LOL

We had our first visit today with the midwife. We heard the heartbeat it was so amazing :) On Saturday we had an ultra sound which we got to the little one it was so active bouncing around. At todays visit we found out everything is healthy the baby is healthy and we are 12 weeks and 3 days :) Our expected due date is 9-8.

We were sitting down playing on the computers enjoying a peaceful night, it was about 9:30PM or so when I was reading a article about pregnancy. Preston came over and starting reading it too, he softly said that sounds like what you've been going through. I was willing to wait a week to test, but, Preston was like I think you should go test.
So, I got up and went in took the test, it was by far the longest two min. of my life. I walked back in to the bathroom where Preston was patiently waiting for me. I picked it up and thought I saw a negative and so I shrugged my shoulders and started walking out. My loving hubby said 'honey, its a positive' I went back to look for myself and sure enough it was.
I was so excited I just started crying and than laughing and than I started smiling :) It was a GREAT way to start off the New Year.
Preston took this picture the night we found out.... ummm I guess to keep a record of how I'm growing :)
